Hi everyone,

Our weather today was beautiful. We had plenty of sunshine and just enough of a breeze to keep everyone cool. Fishing was alot of fun today! Ken Carnes (NOT Paul Carnes) landed a 45 pound white sea bass at about 3:00 this morning. Ken Kunkel decked a 42 pound halibut and Kathy Rounds, Ali Johnson and Jon Chow all landed larger model yellowtail before daybreak. After day break it was more yellowtail and calico bass. Team Aftco (Bill Shedd, Christie Shedd and Rockcod Rick) was hot today. All three enjoyed amazing surface iron fishing. The rest of the group had excellent action on fly lined sardines. Halibut drifting was poor today with only one 15 pound halibut landed and a couple of shorts released. We left Cedros at 2 this afternoon and our headed for the tuna grounds. Hopefully we get lucky tomorrow and get on a good school in the morning. Wish us luck.
