Hi Gang,
We departed yesterday on our annual Izorline sponsored 16 day trip. After putting on an beautiful load of sardines, we departed San Diego under clear skies. Today was a relaxing day of preparing gear for the fishing days ahead. Captain Roy conducted a tackle seminar this morning and covered our game plan for the trip as well as the various kite leaders and methods we will be putting to use. Our time was well spent through out the day crimping heavy kite leaders and connecting wind-on leaders. We will arrive at our fishing destination on the 10th.
Our Izorline host for the trip is Howard Hada. Howard is a great host and gave all the guys a bunch of free product. As with all of our Izorline trips, everyone on board gets free line. We're enjoying our ride south and will check in with a report tomorrow.
