This morning I am getting ready for the ISE show in Sacramento, stop by the Fisherman's Landing booth and say "hello". First things first, Andrea and I will be heading down to San Rafael to see our good friend Richard Birnbaum at Western Sport shop, seems he needs some new brochures and schedules. Richard has a five day charter in September, we always have a great time and he brings out tons of give aways. Yesterday we spent time at Willfish tackle, it was great to visit John and Jack and what a great tackle shop, and PES, Pacific Extreme Sports. PES is having their annual get together/seminar/sale on May 7, I will be one of the speakers this year and I'm looking forward to their upcoming trips.
Boat work. What can I say. It's coming along nicely, no major hitch's in our plans. Norman and Randy are working on the galley, installing a new beer box, counter, flooring, carpet and moving a few things around. As for myself, I have been down in the ER(engine room), cleaning and painting the mains, reaming bait lines and replacing the hydraulic manifold for the steering and anchor winch.
Again we will be at the ISE show through the weekend, hope to meet you all.
Big Fish Happen,
Bruce A. Smith
