A wahoo strike early in the day had us twisting wire the jigs, nothing worse than that little bump and reeling in a snipped end of line. Other than a few aggressive schools of marlin today was a slow day. Great weather had us looking far into the horizon for sign but the few dolphin schools we found weren't holding any tuna. This evening the Shogun is on course for the lower banks where we did well last week. There have been tuna spotted but they 're reluctant to bite. Patience and a kite bait dangled under their nose, should be the recipe for success.
