An early departure had us fishing this afternoon with our Moreto-Wong 1 1/2 day charter. Capt Norm put us on top of a school that started out slow with just a couple fish hooked. The bite began to slowly gain momentum and the drift lasted till dark. We ended up with 40 big albacore and 2 yellowfin tuna today, not too shabby for the first day out. The Shogun is now drifting in calm seas and we hope to start the day tomorrow with a school underneath the boat!
